Recharged + Resilient is an 8-week self-directed program that will focus on one aspect of R+R each week, allowing you time to learn and implement small impactful changes that will help you to better support your wellness.
What makes this program different?
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programming. Each of us is unique as is our situation in life, so it is my goal that each person's experience will be unique to them. How you choose to integrate the information into your life will be completely up to you. I will be here to guide you and give you suggestions, but ultimately you get to choose which aspects to bring into your life.
As a holistic whole-body health, nutrition, stress resiliency, and Ayurveda coach, you can lean on my years of education and experience to help you cut through the clutter and get results faster.

Instead, we are focused on whole-body health. The building blocks which help you build resiliency, learn how to recharge, and live your happiest, healthiest self. Those building blocks have been broken down into 8 weekly modules
