In this online program, we will take a three-pronged approach to treat back pain right at its source.

First, we will learn about the most common causes of back pain, walk through a strength training program that will help strengthen your back and correct muscle imbalances.

We will then learn self-myofascial release techniques to help release fascia and alleviate soft tissue restrictions.

And finally, we will learn specific yoga poses that will aid in relaxing our backs and lower body.

Program Includes:

  • 8- Week strength training program

This 8-week progressive strength training program to both strengthen and correct common imbalances to relieve back pain. These exercises will be reviewed during the first live training session along with modifications and options to increase or decrease intensity as needed.

  • Self-Myofascial Release Exercises

Using only 3 tennis balls and a sock you will learn how to regain range of motion and begin to release fascia that is "stuck" causing back and joint pain

  • 2 Yoga Videos

Two online yoga videos offering you a yoga flow for relaxing the back as well as one to help reduce tension.

  • 3 Video Workshops 

All participants will have access to 3 Video Workshops one dedicated to each of the three sections of the program:

  1. Strengthening - how strength training can help correct muscle imbalances that are a primary cause of back pain. This workshop will include how-to explanations on how to do each exercise prescribed in the strength training program
  2. Fascia release - what fascia is and how it can contribute to back pain, and more importantly, how we can fix it!
  3. Yoga - through simple, relaxation focused yoga flows we can begin to release tension and ease back pain. Additionally, you will learn the connection between back pain, your psoas and trauma and how through specific releases we can begin to work through built-up tension to relieve back pain.
