My name is Suzi and I am a certified fitness instructor, yoga teacher & Zumba instructor.

With specializations in active aging, pre/postnatal, stress resiliency, and trauma-informed teaching, I am passionate about helping my clients enjoy movement and become friends with their bodies again by focusing on joyful & functional movement.
